This is a known problem of PTFE and is related to the fact that the material creeps under load.

PTFE will /always/ do that at some point.

If you want an insulator that doesn&#039;t do this, you need PEEK, or a stainless steel barrel with integrated thermal break like the new makergear one or the arcol v4</description>
